Powder Panic: Real-Time Pandemonium Levels of the Cottonwood Canyons

If you have spent any time trying to get up to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, or Brighton ski resorts after a snow storm you know that its usually a painful experience.

I made an app and trained a model that takes in live traffic cams of the Cottonwood Canyons from UDOT and calculate a pandemonium level and give car statistics (how many subarus, is anybody stuck?, a 2WD car that is holding traffic up, etc) for the traffic snake going up the canyon.
